The Talent Management and Organisational Development (TM&OD) department has a vacancy in its team for the following position:
Program Manager (Talent Management & Organizational Development)
Drive talent management and organisational development (TM&OD) strategy, implementation and manage people process and change interventions in support of the organization's strategic and operational plans. Ensuring the regional implementation of key global TM&OD. Partnering with the business to understand key people challenges and to create and drive solutions to overcome them. Own talent-related programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, support the employee life cycle and individual development.
The main activities and responsibilities
Support in designing Talent Management & Organizational Development strategy for Centrient and develop a plan catered towards creating a high performing organisation. Design, develop and enhance programs, initiatives and processes focused on staffing and onboarding, Organizational Development and culture and partner with the regional HR to drive change management, communication and implementation. Drive Centrient’s DEI agenda. Leverage organisational development resources , internal diagnosis and benchmarking to identify solutions. Enhancing and implementing tools to support the employee life cycle from staffing and onboarding to development to transition. Design and execute organizational development strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key talent or organizational development needs. Evaluate the effectiveness of talent and development initiatives through key metrics and feedback.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. +8 years of experience in talent management and organizational development roles with developing and implementing people initiatives and solutions. Fluent in English language (written and spoken). Proven experience in designing and implementing talent management programs. Strong understanding of organizational development principles. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of industry best practices in talent management and organizational development.Terms and reward
