Scopely is looking for a Technical Account UA Manager to join our Global Advertising team in the Barcelona Office on a Hybrid basis At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people worldwide daily. The Advertising team oversees our games' overall ads operations, strategy, and product offerings. The team collaborates with our product, sales, revenue operations and other teams to help improve campaign strategy, execution and analysis. What You’ll Do The core aspect of this position is ensuring that our marketing teams can operate efficiently and swiftly resolve any technical issues. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating and prioritizing issues based on their urgency and impact. As a result, you will become a central figure in our ecosystem, possessing comprehensive knowledge and expertise in resolving technical problems and educating the marketing teams on ecosystem changes. Serve as the main point of contact for addressing UA & Ad day-to-day technical issues and inquiries. Provide support to UA & Ad monetization managers during technical calls with partners. Take ownership of configuring and enhancing key 3rd party systems while optimizing processes. Monitor and assess new capabilities and SDKs developed by key partners. Conduct research on 3rd party systems to stay updated on industry trends and advancements. Deliver training sessions to enrich the Marketing team's technical knowledge. Develop playbooks and provide recommendations to improve marketing strategies. Establish and expand the knowledge center for the marketing ecosystem. Act as a liaison between marketing and Scopelys technical teams, advocating for marketing needs. What We’re Looking For Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Possess a technical background in the online marketing ecosystem. Accumulated over 3 years or more of experience in the online marketing industry. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment. Quick learner and self-motivated individual with outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. Capable of comprehending customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders and overseeing various projects. Display a high level of curiosity and a drive for continuous learning. Knowledge of SQL.
