Role Overview:

The job entails providing expert assistance to clients and partners through consultative account management. Key responsibilities include fostering sustained growth within accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, researching sales opportunities, preparing service proposals, meeting sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring timely customer/partner communication. This role demands proactive strategies, strong communication, and effective sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management.
  • Create a conducive business environment for sustained growth within the account.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships within the account to ensure visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity.
  • Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts.
  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals, focusing on driving profitability through proactive management.
  • Execute strategies to achieve sales quotas and targets.
  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls.

Qualifications:

  • Native in German
  • C1 proficiency in English
  • Sales Previous Experience
