TheSales Enablement TechnologySpecialist Role

Join Qlik as our Sales Enablement Technology Specialist, where you’ll be at the forefront of optimizing our sales enablement technologies. You will manage the day-to-day management, optimization, and utilization of these technologies to drive our sales team's success.

What makes this role interesting?

Lead the adoption and effective use of our enablement platforms and ensure robust governance across the sales organization. Provide continuous training and advocacy to maintain platform health and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to organize content and develop future-ready metadata and taxonomies. Partner with the wider sales enablement team to create, deploy and manage a range of enablement initiatives within the platform Stay ahead of industry trends, proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and impact.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

Enhance the productivity and efficiency of our sales team through strategic technology management. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our sales enablement processes. Align technology solutions with business objectives to support our growth and success. Create an attractive and effective learning experience for our sales team. Use data and metrics to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

Proven experience with managing sales readiness technologies like Mindtickle, Highspot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Clari, Seismic. Demonstrated project management skills focused on delivering results. Is a self-starter and thrives in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Creativity to design engaging learning experiences. An analytical mindset for leveraging data and metrics in decision-making.
