Tu misión y responsabilidades:

Estamos buscando un Customer Service and Telesales Representative dinámico y motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo

Tu misión será proveer un excelente servicio al cliente, y te apoyarás en tu experiencia probada en (tele)ventas. La posición implica atender llamadas entrantes y salientes, emails, chats online, gestionar bases de datos, resolver incidencias y promocionar nuestros productos para generar ventas. 

  • Responder a las necesidades del cliente vía telefónica, email y chat de manera profesional y en tiempos
  • Llamadas telefónicas para promocionar y vender nuestros productos o servicios 
  • Identificar las necesidades del cliente y proponer soluciones satisfactorias para sus necesidades
  • Estar al día de nuestros productos para ofrecer información actualizada a nuestros clientes
  • Procesar pedidos, devoluciones y manejar las cuentas de los clientes a través de nuestro CRM
  • Hacer seguimiento con los clientes para asegurar que las incidencias queden resueltas y el cliente esté satisfecho
  • Conseguir o exceder nuestros resultados y metas de ventas
  • Llevar un seguimiento detallado de todas las interacciones, incidencias, pedidos, etc. con los clientes
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar y mejorar continuamente una experiencia al cliente excepcional
¿Qué esperamos de ti?
  • Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
  • Capacidad para resolver problemas, pensamiento crítico y orientación al cliente
  • Habilidad para el multitasking, capacidad de priorización y manejo efectivo de tiempos 
  • Experiencia previa en el uso de CRM o herramientas similares
  • Nivel de inglés B2, escrito y hablado
  • Flexibilidad horaria, dependiendo de las necesidades del negocio 

El contrato será temporal, con opciones a incorporación en plantilla.
