How to contribute to our vision

Coordinate the Zero Harm Framework implementation (Operating Model) in Service globally. Improved safety culture across the business unit (safety Culture).

Support the follow-up of the TRIR Reduction Plans in each region and share best practices globally.

Review of incidents registered in Enablon to guarantee the accuracy of the information, KPIs, reporting of working hours, HRI, trending, etc.

Service ZH Periodical Review (incidents, sharing of Lessons Learned, best practices, campaigns, ZH Self-assessments, leadership commitment workshops, global program, assessments, and audits, etc.).

Definition and implementation of initiatives and campaigns based upon detailed trend analysis of incidents resulting in injuries and general incidents occurring in Service.

Support the coordination of the "Leadership Commitment Workshops" in each region to talk about the importance of Safety, change the mindset of STOP work, behaviors, be a role model, etc.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change. We are also looking for…

University Degree in Engineering or related careers with comprehensive knowledge in EHS, based on practical experience and theoretical foundations.

Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS-related areas with a demonstration of achievements in the main responsibilities.

Contractor management experience

Experience in audits, inspections, incident investigations, and root cause methodologies.
