How to contribute to our vision

Lead the definition and implementation of a specific handling process for NCM (Nonconformance Management) applicable for Service globally.

Support NCC reviews and analysis processes to mitigate NCC to avoid P&L impact.

Create an NCR community in Service globally to the feedback loop (secure shorter time from identification to notification, secure better feedback from sales, procurement, ops, warranty, and PPM).

Push the Claim Management process in SE according to the SGRE guideline.

Drive QM initiatives globally to improve and strengthen service performance.

Lessons Learned sharing.

Follow up on open NCRs & 8Ds.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change. We are also looking for…

University Degree in Engineering or related careers with comprehensive knowledge in Quality topics.

Minimum 5 years of experience in projects/services holding positions as responsible for QM-related preferably NCRs, NCCs, 8Ds, root cause analysis, and improvement cycle management.

Internal Auditor or Leader in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards.
