Are you passionate and influential expert in contributing to the development of the Diversity & Inclusion Strategy and action plan?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Diversity & Inclusion Project Manager to join the Diversity and Inclusion team. Reporting to the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion you will drive key projects to create a more inclusive work environment where all of our colleagues can be their best self and have equal opportunity.

In this role, you will be responsible for activating teams and implementing action plans for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives in support of the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy to increase diverse representation and drive an inclusive culture within the company. You will work closely with senior business leaders across the globe as well as a wide range of stakeholders.

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for innovating and implementing new internal programs, leading strategic projects, and working side-by-side with a wide range of stakeholders- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to execute on D&I global initiatives and action plans to achieve the goal of increasing representation of underrepresented groups and creating an inclusive culture- Help design and implement Diversity and Inclusion projects- Maintain Diversity and Inclusion dashboards to assess efficiency and effectiveness of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives- Establish and foster strong working relationships with various global stakeholders and teams, ensuring that programs foster an inclusive environment of a broader ally community across the globe- Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, understand, and address bias blockers, make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs as you implement the strategy and align resources- Monitor external Diversity and Inclusion best practices

What you need to make a difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for- Experience leading teams and/or project in a global organization with numerous stakeholders spread across the globe and various seniority levels- Highly flexible, collaborative, and able to influence without authority while also being able to work with significant autonomy- Competent level of knowledge and experience of successfully implementing projects and programmes bringing behavioral change- Excellent listening and communication skills, genuine drive and enthusiasm and ability to work with mínimal supervision- Confident and engaging presentation skills, both face to face and over video conference call, with the ability to influence and coach senior leaders- Competent Information Technology (IT) skills with the ability to produce high quality PowerPoint presentations- Past experience of working in a HR environment, and the ability to work in a confidential manner and handle sensitive information discreetly and responsibly
