How to contribute to our vision

Ensures adherence to agreed PM guidelines and operation standards on behalf of PMO Head or PMO Manager.

* Implements PM and PMO guidelines and processes, and manages respective functional organization.

* Administers and ensures adherence of PM policies, guidelines, programs and standards.

* Coordinates and decides upcoming resource requests for projects, to optimize staff utilization.

* Prepares and contributes to contractual matters, with external parties (i.e. vendors, clients).

* Analyzes workflow environment and proposes improvements in PM operations.

* Ensures effective cooperation with stakeholders; clarifies organizational issues.

* May oversee - specific - activities of Project Management Office, without leading the team.

* Previous experiences in WF execution (on site) requested.

Facilitate R&O management (identification, assessment, response, monitoring, analysis and communication) for project sales and execution according

•Assure the application of the R&O procedure at both, Sales and Execution phases•Support and validate the R&O management at SBA and project execution•Build, feed and operate the project specific risk data base•Share relevant risks across portfolio and ensures transfer of risk knowledge from Sales to Execution phase•Facilitate the R&O management in projects by:oInclude cross borders R&O in coordination with ON PM PMOoWorkshops executionoRisks prioritization

Learnings capturing and implementation in Sales and Execution

•Verify the application of the Learnings procedure•Facilitate the Learnings management in projects by:oValidate Learnings captured in coordination with ON PM PMO criteriaoWorkshops execution for Learning capturing and implementation•Include Learnings from Portfolio in the global catalogue•Transfer Learnings to SBA process
