As a Customer Service Advisor for VHC, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch professional service and solutions with a sales-oriented goal, via Outbound / Inbound calls, Emails and Online chats. This includes assisting customers with answering questions about the products, deliveries, and invoices, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Native level in Norwegian, both spoken and written, with a good level of English.
  • Experience in providing customer service via phone, email or online chats.
  • Strong communication and social skills with a sales-oriented mindset to thrive on achieving holdback and additional sales targets.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and familiarity with different software applications.
  • Persuasive, responsible and humble with a dutiful attitude and able to maintain a positive attitude towards changes.
  • Team player, exhibiting strong listening skills, and possesses a service-oriented approach with the ability to handle conflicts constructively.
  • You are stress-resistant and remain calm and effective under pressure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
