As a Customer Service Advisor for VHC, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch professional service and solutions with a sales-oriented goal, via Outbound / Inbound calls, Emails and Online chats. Requirements Native level in Norwegian, both spoken and written, with a good level of English. Experience in providing customer service via phone, email or online chats. Strong communication and social skills with a sales-oriented mindset to thrive on achieving holdback and additional sales targets. Proficient in using computer systems and familiarity with different software applications. Persuasive, responsible and humble with a dutiful attitude and able to maintain a positive attitude towards changes. Team player, exhibiting strong listening skills, and possesses a service-oriented approach with the ability to handle conflicts constructively. You are stress-resistant and remain calm and effective under pressure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
