OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO
Tu objetivo será el soporte a nivel operativo en el Departamento de Administración de HR, así como resolución de dudas de su funcionamiento a los clientes internos, tanto de oficina como de tienda.
TUS RESPONSABILIDADES
Entre tus responsabilidades estarán la gestión de altas, bajas y cambios contractuales, así como apoyo en gestión de nóminas y conciliación de seguros sociales, gestión de la base de datos HR en Workday, y soporte a las diferentes tareas que puedan surgir a nivel administrativo en el Departamento.
REQUISITOS
- Formación superior en Relaciones Laborales o similar.
- Experiencia de más de 3 años de Administración de Personal, siendo deseable en el sector Retail
- Nivel alto de inglés imprescindible
- Nivel avanzado de Excel y Office.
- Persona dinámica, proactiva y resolutiva.
- Capacidad organizativa y de gestión.
