En Learningheroes estamos en la búsqueda de un Head de Trading apasionado por el trading y la educación financiera, especialmente en cryptoactivos, con experiencia comprobada en los mercados financieros. Este rol liderará nuestra iniciativa educativa en trading, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con nuestro equipo de educación para ofrecer programas de formación de alta calidad en trading y criptomonedas.


Responsabilidades:
  • Liderar la estrategia educativa relacionada con trading y criptomonedas.
  • Desarrollar y ofrecer programas de formación innovadores y efectivos.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar la integración de la educación financiera en todas nuestras iniciativas.
  • Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias y novedades en los mercados financieros y criptomonedas.
  • Supervisar y liderar un equipo de formadores y especialistas en trading.

Requisitos:
  • Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en trading y mercados financieros.
  • Pasión por la educación financiera y los cryptoactivos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Conocimiento profundo de los diferentes tipos de criptomonedas y sus mercados.
  • Experiencia previa en la creación y entrega de programas educativos en trading.
