Als Customer Service Medewerker bij Bonprix ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor enthousiaste online shoppers. We weten allemaal dat online winkelen soms anders verloopt dan gepland. Misschien wil je iets ruilen of heb je per ongeluk te veel besteld en moet je een deel terugsturen. Wat de situatie ook is, als Customer Service Medewerker bij Bonprix sta jij klaar om de klant op de best mogelijke manier te helpen en een hoge klanttevredenheid te waarborgen

Je hoeft niet alles uit je hoofd te leren. Na een tweeweekse training op ons gloednieuwe kantoor in Malaga ben je helemaal klaar om klanten te ondersteunen

  • Parttime of fulltime mogelijkheden;
  • Marktconform salaris van € 1500,- bruto per maand op basis van 39 uur per week
  • Betaalde training van 2 weken in Malaga;
  • Vast contract;

  • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,21 cent per kilometer.
