¿Cuálesserán tus responsabilidades?:

Realizar la instalación, mantenimiento, reparaciones,actualizaciones y modificaciones de todos los equipos técnicos de Laboratoriodentro de su área de especialización y asistencia con otros productos bajosupervisión. Especial atención en productos de automatización, productos de TI(incluyendo software / middleware) y conectividad. Interrelación con el Centro de Atención al Cliente. Escalar los incidentes a un soporte superior e informarcualquier reclamación de clientes con la documentación adecuada en lasplataformas y CRM corporativos. Asegurar el uso apropiado del equipo de herramientas yequipos de medida, reportar el uso en cualquier informe de serviciorelacionado.

¿Quérequisitos se requieren para desempeñar esta función?:

Grado en Ingeniería Técnica o FPI Superior en Electrónica. Se valorará experiencia en el sector y en sistemas deautomatización y analizadores, soportando productos de TI incluyendomiddlewares. Habilidades de trabajo en red. Inglés B2 (Marco Europeo de referencia). Conocimiento de TI y Redes. Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional e internacionalpara recibir formación.

Sevalorará:

Conocimiento de los equipos y/o experiencia en el entornotécnico de Laboratorios de Analítica Clínica. Experiencia en sistemas de automatización y analizadores,soportando productos de TI incluyendo middlewares. Habilidades de trabajo enred.
