Zafiro Boutique Collection es una pequeña selección de hoteles boutique en Mallorca de 4 estrellas impregnados de historia.

Con el distintivo sello de Zafiro Hotels, el nuevo agroturismo Son Sabater by Zafiro en Sa Pobla y el hotel de interior Can Ribera by Zafiro en la localidad de Muro, son una puerta a la tradición y la belleza natural de la isla. Dos fincas mallorquinas con siglos de historia convertidas en íntimos hoteles, que atesoran tradición y valor patrimonial.

Hoteles proyectados hacia la Bahía de Alcudia, que invitan a experimentar el lado más auténtico y encantador de la isla.

¿Quieres formar parte de esta experiencia?

Buscamos incorporar perfiles orientados al cliente, que puedan desempeñar funciones diversas dentro del área de operaciones del hotel boutique.

Personas que se identifiquen con hoteles íntimos, donde uno acoge a los clientes como si lo hiciese en su casa.

En dependencia del Cheff, como ayudante de cocina tu objetivo será:

Montaje de desayuno (con carta de huevos), producción de Mise en Place servicios de noche.

Tareas que acompañan a estas responsabilidades:

  • Realizar los trabajos sencillos de apoyo a su jefe/a inmediato.
  • Poner a punto fogones, planchas, etc.
  • Cuidar el orden, limpieza y colocación de los utensilios.
  • Despejar las mesas de trabajo de restos y herramientas.
  • Facilitar la labor del jefe/a de partida o del cocinero.
  • Guardar géneros crudos o cocinados en sus respectivos lugares y recipientes.
  • Comida de personal.

  • FP Grado Medio – Técnico en Cocina y Gastronomía
  • Experiencia de 2 años en un puesto similar y/o en hotel boutique.
  • Conocimientos en limpieza e higiene de los alimentos.
  • Conocimiento de inglés básico.

Te ofrecemos incorporarte en una compañía en plena expansión, formada por 14 Hoteles, donde las personas son lo primero. Y además:

  • Contrato fijo discontinuo.
  • Formación a cargo de la empresa.
  • Salario según Convenio Hostelería de les Illes Balears.
  • Horario: de 7:00 - 15:00 hrs, miércoles y jueves libre.
