Position Overview:

We're in search of a German-Speaking Account Manager to join us in Barcelona. In this role, you'll be tasked with overseeing a territory of at least 90 independent retailers, ensuring they receive regular quality interactions that drive stock optimization, sales growth, and foster stronger business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated territory of at least 90 independent retailers.
  • Conduct weekly quality phone calls to store owners, focusing on advancing their stock holdings, promoting appropriate new releases, offering insights on improving product sales, and nurturing positive business relationships.
  • Utilize your fluency in German to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about new product releases, sales promotions, and market trends, ensuring effective communication of relevant information to retailers.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics for assigned retailers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Strive to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized support.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (native or C1/C2 level) and proficient in English.
  • Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Barcelona and manage a designated territory of independent retailers.
