Position Overview:

We are seeking a German Speaking Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a territory of at least 90 independent retailers, ensuring that each store owner receives regular quality interactions that contribute to stock optimization, sales growth, and enhanced business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account management of a designated territory comprising a minimum of 90 independent retailers.
  • Conduct weekly quality phone calls to store owners, focusing on advancing their stock holding, promoting appropriate new releases, providing valuable product sales insights, and nurturing positive business relationships.
  • Utilize your fluency in German to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about new product releases, sales promotions, and market trends, ensuring effective communication of relevant information to retailers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics for assigned retailers, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously strive to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized support.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (native or C1/C2 level) and proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Proactive attitude with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets and expectations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Barcelona and manage a designated territory of independent retailers.
