Job Description

Logistics is the ultimate collaborative partner. Providing continuous optimization of our availability and our network across channels, brands, and businesses, enabling, and performing agile and flexible logistics solutions focusing on strong, innovative and sustainable business results.

We are making our Logistics central and regional organizations simpler, more effective, and faster by reorganizing for an end-to-end responsibility, integrating new areas and tech values streams.

For Logistics, we see great opportunities to unlock potential and remove roadblocks for our organization, to accelerate our business and become even more relevant to our customers. In this chapter, we must successfully meet the parallel business changes in H&M Brand as part of H&M Group, by taking the next steps towards our leading-edge Logistics vision. To succeed, we need to organize, run, steer, and lead our company differently than today.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimize and execute all transport activities related to OTC/RTC shipments- and production forecasts
  • Ensure a cost- and environmentally efficient transport
  • Transport Budget/Forecast & KPI owner, responsible for monitoring and executing
  • Execute all transport improvements and projects
  • Structure and follow up and all SOP´s
  • Contract management by initiating RFP´s based on contract terms and conditions
  • Carrier relations by setting a follow up- and meeting structure to ensure that carrier KPIs are followed
  • Drive and promote synergies between retail and online flows
  • Set/ follow up on local transport activities to support reg./global OKR’s
  • Set clear and defined professional development goals for each team member
  • Act as the main speaking partner to Merch, Supply and Sales Teams
