Resumen del perfil laboral

El Key Account Manager (KAM) en Nutreco es responsable de la captación y mantenimiento de las cuentas clave de la compañía.

Será responsable de atraer y mantener clientes estratégicos a largo plazo, trabajará  y coordinará la estrategia de ventas de las Grandes Cuentas con los diferentes departamentos de la compañía: comercial, marketing, formulación, calidad, operaciones, servicio al cliente, compras, etc.

 

 

Descripción del puesto Responsabilidades clave

 

  • Ejecución de la estrategia captación y crecimiento de las Cuentas Clave:

Establece y coordina el desarrollo de estrategias de ventas en las cuentas clave de la compañía, identificará cuentas objetivo y oportunidades de crecimiento, dentro del marco de la estrategia de toda la organización

  • Planificación y ejecución del plan de ventas de acuerdo con los objetivos y metas establecidas, asegurándose que los planes de ventas se realizarán y alcanzarán los objetivos establecidos.
  • Análisis de datos de ventas y tendencias del mercado.
  • Identificación de oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Negociación de acuerdos comerciales.
  • Identificación y resolución de problemas de clientes.
  • Elaboración de informes de ventas y análisis del mercado.
  • Puesta en marcha de planes de acción para corregir desviaciones sobre el plan de cuenta.

 

Serás nuestro/a candidato/a ideal si cuentas con los siguientes requisitos:

 

  • Experiencia de al menos 4 años en puestos de trabajo similares
  • Experto en Venta Consultiva
  • Habilidad de negociación y gestión de objeciones
  • Trabajo en equipo, autonomía, orientación a resultados, capacidad de organización y optimización de tiempos de trabajo.
  • Liderazgo.
  • Orientado a resultados a largo plazo. Identificar retos y oportunidades
  • Colaborador. Facilitador. Flexible. Solucionador de problemas.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Capacidad de resolución de problemas.
  • Habilidades de comunicación.
  • Experiencia trabajando con sistemas CRM.
  • Nivel de inglés B2
