**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Contract Development and Negotiation**:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and legal requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers and legal teams, to develop comprehensive and effective contractual agreements.

**Contract Lifecycle Management**:
Monitor and manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

Implement and maintain effective contract management processes and documentation.

**Risk Mitigation**:
Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Work closely with legal teams to address legal and compliance issues related to contracts.

**Vendor Management**:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

**Collaboration and Communication**:
Collaborate with project managers, finance, and legal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to contract management.

Communicate contract-related information to relevant stakeholders and provide guidance on contractual matters.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in contract management is a plus.

Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the industry sector.

Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
