La misión del Distric EXECUTIVE es, junto con el District Manager, asegurar la consecución de los objetivos de ventas de las marcas dentro de los puntos de venta asignados en las tiendas. Procurando siempre lograr la rentabilidad controlando los costes y siendo eficiente con los recursos asignados. Todo esto, a través del liderazgo del equipo, siendo un ejemplo, manteniendo los estándares de calidad y las guidelines de las marcas.

FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO

Establecimiento de objetivos de ventas y su consecución

Elaborar los objetivos anuales por zona y tienda. Compartir los objetivos cualitativos de las marcas. Realizar un seguimiento diario de ellos e implantar planes de acción correctivos si fuese necesario. Analizar lo KPI´s buscando formas de crecimiento maximizando todas las oportunidades. Asegurar una correcta gestión del punto de venta (inventarios, devoluciones, CRM, etc.) a través de su equipo. Garantizar el correcto mantenimiento de la tienda. Análisis de las ventas y elaboración de los reportes necesarios. Visitar regularmente las tiendas en función del volumen o la necesidad. Dar soporte al punto de venta para sacar el máximo rendimiento de los sistemas utilizados. Optimo, Power Bi y demás programas. Trasladar la estrategia de las marcas al punto de venta. Revisar el VM y colaborar estrechamente con las marcas para seguir las guías. Captar y desarrollar al mejor talento para la marca. Establecer una correcta relación y colaboración con nuestros partners. Ejecutar correctamente las actividades promocionales de nuestras tiendas.

Liderazgo del equipo

Liderazgo de su equipo directo (Store Managers y Beauty Advisors) Desarrollo y motivación de las habilidades de su equipo. Formación y seguimiento del equipo a través de los canales establecidos (PDP, premios) y gestión correcta de la información de los empleados en los sistemas. Colaboración con RRHH en la gestión del equipo garantizando la correcta implantación de los procesos (reclutamiento, premios, normativa, HR connect) Asegurar la correcta sintonía en los equipos gestionando las posibles incidencias que puedan surgir.
Qualifications

PERFIL PROFESIONAL:

Alto nivel de liderazgo para gestionar equipos a través del ejemplo. Empatía, don de gentes. Perfil comercial, acostumbrado a trabajar por objetivos. Habilidades de análisis y de síntesis numérica. Visión estratégica y de negocio. Habilidades de comunicación tanto interna como externa siendo capaz de establecer relaciones de colaboración con los demás. Identificar y desarrollar las habilidades y necesidades formativas de otros. Facilidad para establecer una buena comunicación y relación con el personal de ventas, trabajando como soporte para dar respuesta a las necesidades de negocio. Gran motivación de aprendizaje continuo y desarrollo personal. Flexibilidad frente al cambio y adaptación. Trabajo en equipo.

REQUISITOS:

Experiencia en el área de ventas y Retail. Valorable de cosmética/perfumería y/o moda. Experiencia previa como Store Manager/Area Manager Conocimiento a nivel usuario de ofimática (Word, Excel, Power Point) en especial de Excel. Inglés medio/alto inglés muy valorable. Total disponibilidad para viajar (60%).
