Buscamos para nuestro cliente, Avanterra Golf, empresa suministradora de maquinaria y equipamiento para campos de golf Sales Executive área Costa del Sol.


DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO:

Desarrollar y consolidar los volúmenes de ventas. Cobertura y ampliación de clientes en la zona de acción asignada.

Reportará de forma directa al Director de la división de Agronimer Golf.


FUNCIONES A DESARROLLAR:

  • Diseñar y acordar el Plan de Negocio y objetivos de su área con el Director, diferenciado por tipología de cliente.
  • Mantener y ampliar la cartera de clientes de su área de responsabilidad.
  • Alcanzar los Objetivos de Volumen y Precio.
  • Identificar y priorizar los clientes a visitar en el territorio asignado.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de objetivos de la zona.
  • Asegurar la adecuada cobertura del territorio asignado.
  • Dar soluciones y toma de decisión a problemas/consultas de sus clientes
  • Seguimiento de la entrega de pedidos a clientes y resolución de incidencias.
  • Coordinar las necesidades puntuales urgentes de los clientes.


Requisitos:

REQUISITOS

  • FP Grado Superior o superior.
  • Usuario Office.
  • Experiencia previa en campos de golf y si es en el ámbito comercial mejor.
  • Perfil con actitud proactiva, buenos dotes comunicativos, comerciales y técnicos
  • Experiencia y habilidades comerciales en el ámbito del golf
  • Inglés B2 o superior (siendo valorable el conocimiento de otros idiomas)
  • Persona organizada, implicada y dinámica

CONDICIONES:

  • Contrato Indefinido.
  • Retribución: Salario fijo 30.000€ + variable, de hasta 10.000€, en función de cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Vehículo de empresa, Solred y gastos de representación.
