Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Recruitment / HR Specialist para que se incorpore a nuestro departamento de People & Culture en RSM Spain (oficina de Barcelona - híbrido).

¿En qué proyectos haremos equipo?

Participarás en los procesos de Reclutamiento y Selección de todas las áreas de negocio (Consultoría IT, Consultoría Financiera, Tax & Legal, Auditoría y Servicios de Administración). Participarás en los programas de On-boarding y la extensión de nuestra cultura a las nuevas incorporaciones. Participarás en la definición de los Planes de Formación y la coordinación de las acciones formativas con proveedores. Participarás en la definición de nuevas Competencias y harás seguimiento del desarrollo del Career Path de nuestras personas. Participarás en los estudios de equidad interna y políticas retributivas. Participarás y acompañaras en las Evaluaciones del Desempeño de nuestras personas. Darás soporte en la coordinación del Plan de prevención de las sociedades de empresa. Darás soporte en la gestión de las Bonificaciones en las Formaciones con proveedor externo. Darás soporte a cuestiones laborales y al cumplimiento de la legislación laboral según el crecimiento de las sociedades. (Plan de Igualdad, LGD, etc). Darás soporte en la elaboración de las métricas de la compañía y sus estudios (datos de Rotación, HC, etc.). Darás soporte en los proyectos continuos del departamento de Personas: programas internos de formación, RSC, HR Analytics, entre otros.

Requisitos mínimos

¿Qué necesitamos de tu perfil?

Estudios: Grado en ADE, Psicología, Relaciones Laborales o similares. Muy valorable estar estudiando o poseer el Máster de Dirección de Recursos Humanos o un Postgrado en Gestión de Personas. Experiencia demostrable de mínimo 2 años en Políticas Hard y/o Soft dentro de un departamento de Talento o Personas, valorándose especialmente experiencia en reclutamiento. Valorable nivel de inglés alto.
