Our ClientNetatmo develops ground-breaking, intuitive, and beautifully designed connected consumer electronics. As a Technical Support agent, you will handle tech queries over email and chat and strive for first-contact resolution.

- Advice, help, and assist our clients via email following their product orders made online on our E-shop
- Verify incoming orders and correct them
- Provide clear, concise responses to their requests and questions
- Enrich the shared knowledge base within the company and in our Help Center.
- Analyse and give feedback to your manager and the technical team by sharing all the necessary information to resolve issues
- Manage the relationship between transporters to follow up on deliveries
- Keep track and update the monitoring files for internal reporting
Requirements
What skills & experience you will bring to us?- A fluent level of French (spoken and written)
- A high level of English
- You are very well organised and have excellent interpersonal skills
- You can put yourself in our customers’ shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions
- Within our dynamic, motivated, and multicultural team, you will reply to the demands of our customers for all the products in the Netatmo range
- You know how to work within a team, you are easy going
- You adjust quickly to new environments, and you can follow procedures and deal with deadlines
Benefits
What do we offer?- Start date: 9th of September
- Contract: Temporary (6-month contract with 1-month probation period)
- Full-time: (39 hours/week)
- Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Salary: €21,000.00 gross per year
- Bonus: Performance Bonus up to €150 gross per month
- Holidays: 2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar days per year
- Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
- Hybrid: 3 to 4 days per week at the office
- Training: 4 weeks of training based in the office from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
