As a Technical Support agent, you will handle tech queries over email and chat and strive for first-contact resolution.We Care: Passionate about Customer Support, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets to achieve a high-quality level of consumer service.We're Curious: Proactive approach to problem-solving and a "can do" attitude.We Achieve Together: Strong teamwork ethic, contributing to personal and team targets/SLA while working on personnel targets.What you will be doing?Advice, help, and assist our clients via email following their product orders made online on our E-shopVerify incoming orders and correct themProvide clear, concise responses to their requests and questionsEnrich the shared knowledge base within the company and in our Help Center.Analyse and give feedback to your manager and the technical team by sharing all the necessary information to resolve issuesManage the relationship between transporters to follow up on deliveriesKeep track and update the monitoring files for internal reportingRequirementsA fluent level of French (spoken and written)A high level of EnglishYou are very well organised and have excellent interpersonal skillsYou can put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutionsWithin our dynamic, motivated, and multicultural team, you will reply to the demands of our customers for all the products in the Netatmo rangeYou know how to work within a team, you are easy goingYou adjust quickly to new environments, and you can follow procedures and deal with deadlinesBenefitsStart date: 9th of SeptemberContract: Temporary (6-month contract with 1-month probation period)Full-time: (39 hours/week)Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pmSalary: €21,000.00 gross per yearBonus: Performance Bonus up to €150 gross per monthHolidays: 2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar days per yearPaid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieuHybrid: 3 to 4 days per week at the officeTraining: 4 weeks of training based in the office from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pmOffice location: Barcelona (La Sagrera) #J-18808-Ljbffr
