Busquem un/a Service Design Lead Senior, amb més de 8 anys d’experiència liderant projectes de transformació digital i cultural complexes per a grans organitzacions, equilibrant l’abast, pressupost i entregues amb la cura de l’ambient de treball i els equips.

Formaràs part de l’equip de Fail Fast, un estudi digital amb més de 70 perfils multidisciplinars que milloren a diari productes, serveis i marques a través del disseny i la comunicació. Tindràs accés a un programa de creixement basat en sessions de Power-Up i mentoring, amb espais de co-creació i possibilitat de formar-te i certificar-te en múltiples especialitats. Què faràs?

Participar a les sessions de comitè amb el client per valorar l'evolució del projecte, identificar riscos i accions pal·liatives. Participar en les sessions de govern d'estratègia, disseny i tecnologia per revisar els progressos i els resultats, resoldre bloquejos i acordar prioritats. Gestionar diversos projectes de gestió del canvi, redefinició de processos i serveis i comunicació interna al tàndem, de principi a fi. Gestionar equips creatius de diferents especialitats i propiciar un entorn de col·laboració positiu. Gestionar un pressupost elevat i costos vetllant pels lliuraments puntuals però amb temps realistes i sans per als equips. Valorar amb els Heads i els Dissenyadors Sèniors les estimacions d'esforç. Coordinar, planificar i facilitar Sprints, Dailies, Reviews i Retrospectives. Generar informes d'acords d'abast, canvis de prioritats, resultats…

Requisits:

Coneixements avançats en estratègia d’empresa, serveis i productes digitals i innovació. Àmplia experiència en projectes de transformació de processos interns i canvis culturals dins d’una organització amb un alt grau de complexitat legal, administrativa i documental. Excel·lents dots d'escolta i comunicació per presentar, tractar i negociar amb executius. Gran habilitat de moderació per facilitar acords que equilibrin les prioritats del client amb les capacitats dels equips, costos i temps. Alta capacitat d’intel·ligència emocional i gestió d’expectatives. Àmplia flexibilitat per adaptar-se als canvis i bloquejos i rapidesa en el plantejament de solucions alternatives per formular un nou pla i ajudar l’equip a adaptar-se. Habilitat demostrada per crear i actualitzar la documentació, pla, assignacions i pressupost de diversos equips per al mateix projecte alhora. Experiència en metodologies Agile (Lean UX, Kanban o Scrum). Domini del català (mínim nivell C), espanyol i anglès (mínim B2).

Valorable :

Estudis de màrqueting i relacions públiques. Experiència en la gestió dequips creatius i campanyes 360. Coneixement especialitzat de comunicació i estratègia de marca i actualitzat a les noves tendències i formats. Experiència contrastada en agència d'almenys 5 anys desenvolupant idees i conceptes creatius per a marques internacionals.
