¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?
- Liderar proyectos de investigación aplicada al diseño de productos digitales tanto a nível nacional como internacional.
- Definir el enfoque y los métodos de investigación tanto cualitativos como cuantitativos.
- Conceptualización de soluciones y desarrollo de diferentes tipologías de entregables: journeys, arquetipos de usuario, blueprints, etc.
- Liderar sesiones de co-creación de design sprint y de alineamiento de visión con los stakeholders y usuarios
- Presentación y comunicación de los resultados de la investigación.

Para ello, ¿Qué vas a necesitar?
- Más de 6 años de experiência en investigación y diseño de productos digitales
- Experiência aplicando técnicas de exploración y evaluación del diseño
- Experiência en conceptualización de resultados obtenidos, y mejoras de funcionalidades
- Experiência en manejo de datos cualitativos y cuantitativos
- Experiência con herramientas como Lookback, Maze, Figma.
- Nível de inglés: intermedio alto
