As an Human Resources Business Partner in MAHLE you will support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital and oversee all HR Operations, ensuring that they are aligned with our business goals.

How can you become part of our success? 

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships increasing productivity and reinforcing talent retention. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and HR policy guidance, generating initiatives and improvement plans accordingly. Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource management. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances. Identify training needs for teams and individuals and monitor training programs. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Being in charge of the hiring process. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

What skills do you need? 

Degree in Human Resources or related field. Spanish (C1) English (C1) Thorough knowledge of labor legislation Proven work experience as an HR business partner.
