- ** Tu función **:En la actualidad, Kuehne+Nagel selecciona un/a National Human Resources -Total Rewards Expert para sus oficinas ubicadas en Mejorada del Campo (Madrid). En dependencia del/de la responsable del departamento de Compensación y Beneficios, te harás cargo de la administración vinculada a la gestión de personal, además de mantener una interlocución fluida con el resto de departamentos implicados en esta actividad.
- ** Tus responsabilidades**:

- Gestión de los procesos administrativos relacionados con la administración de personal (Contrataciones, convenios, etc.)
- Resolución de solicitudes en materia legal con los/las empleados/as.
- Mantenimiento del Portal del Empleado y atención al usuario.
- Manejo diario del programa SILTRA y sistema R.E.D.
- Asumir y promover los programas de la Compañía en materia de Compliance y de Confidencialidad de Datos para todo lo concerniente a la posición.

**Tus habilidades y experencias**:

- Estudios superiores en Relaciones Laborales o Recursos Humanos.
- Experiência profesional mínima de dos años en labores de Compensación y Beneficios así como de administración de personal.
- Dominio de las herramientas ofimáticas, SILTRA y sistema R.E.D.
- Conocimientos de Meta4, PeopleNet y Excel.
- Inglés fluido.
- Vocación por el área de Gestión de Compensación y Beneficios.
