En ISPROX estamos buscando un/a SALES TEAM DEVELOPER para empresa comercializadora de Luz y Gas (canal verde).

**Imprescindible perfil comercial acostumbrado a back office realizando actividad telefónica, gestión de correo, paquete office y programas internos de gestión.

**Imprescindible experiencia captando nuevos canales de venta de luz y de gas. (No es captación domiciliaria). Experiencia generando cartera propia.

FUNCIONES:

  • Búsqueda e identificación de colaboradores que prescriban servicios energéticos.
  • Contacto (telefónico, mail, videoconferencia, ...) para presentación de la compañía, análisis de una posible colaboración y negociación de la misma.
  • Formación comercial activa al colaborador: sector, herramientas y metodología de trabajo de la empresa.
  • BackOffice, soporte y resolución de incidencias.
  • Fidelización de los Canales.
  • Estudiar nuevas Opciones de colaboración para la venta de energía, asociaciones, gremios, administrador de fincas, multipuntos, ...
  • Ser el interlocutor directo entre los canales comerciales externos y la dirección de la empresa para la mejora continua de la colaboración.
  • Dar soporte a las diferentes áreas comerciales para maximizar su producción.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar puntualmente a visitar los Canales.

SE OFRECE:

- Posición estable.

- Jornada completa en modalidad presencial.

- Salario fijo de 24.000€ bruto anual + variable de entre 4.000-8.000€ en función de la consecución de objetivos.


CONOCIMIENTOS NECESARIOS:

- Ofimática
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
- Microsoft Outlook

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:

- Experiencia en BackOffice Comercial
- Imprescindible permiso de conducir B.
- Disponibilidad para viajar de manera puntual.
- Conocimiento del sector energético (Suministro Eléctrico y Gas Natural Canalizado).
