What will you be doing?
Lead and mentor the SEOOrganic and PPCPaid teams providing strategic direction and guidance to drive growth in the B2B SaaS space Develop and execute comprehensive Growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives focusing on driving qualified leads and accelerating revenue growth Develop and implement comprehensive ABM strategies to target highvalue accounts and decisionmakers Act as the key liaison between the growth marketing function and the Chief Revenue Officer as well as country sales and lead revenue operations ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve revenue targets Collaborate closely with other marketing domains including brand product marketing and communications to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences Define and track key performance indicators KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth marketing initiatives providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders Set ambitious OKRs Objectives and Key Results for the growth marketing team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in B2B SaaS marketing leveraging insights to innovate and optimise marketing strategies Drive crossfunctional collaboration to optimise website performance user experience and conversion rates working closely with UXUI and development teams Lead and participate in strategic planning sessions contributing insights and recommendations to shape the companys overall growth strategyWhat will you need to succeed?
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferredExtensive experience in senior leadership roles within B2B SaaS companies with a proven track record of driving growth and revenueStrong understanding of SEO PPC and other digital marketing channels with handson experience developing and executing successful campaignsExcellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisationDemonstrated ability to work crossfunctionally with other marketing domains to achieve shared objectivesStrategic mindset with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking leveraging analytics and insights to optimize performanceProven track record of setting and achieving ambitious OKRs focusing on continuous improvement and resultsOur Benefits
