Nuestro cliente, una empresa líder en el sector del iGaming, está buscando un CRM Executive para sus oficinas de Barcelona.

Tasks
  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias efectivas de CRM alineadas con los objetivos comerciales.
  • Identificar y segmentar grupos objetivos de clientes para adaptar estrategias de comunicación.
  • Supervisar la recopilación, análisis y mantenimiento de datos de clientes para garantizar precisión y completitud.
  • Utilizar herramientas y plataformas de CRM para gestionar perfiles de clientes, preferencias e interacciones.
  • Supervisar y analizar el rendimiento de las campañas, proporcionando ideas y recomendaciones para mejorar.
  • Desarrollar y optimizar la actividad del cliente para mejorar la experiencia general del cliente.
  • Identificar puntos de contacto para la comunicación personalizada para mejorar la satisfacción y retención del cliente.
  • Implementar herramientas de automatización de marketing para agilizar los procesos de comunicación y mejorar la eficiencia.
  • Trabajar en estrategias de personalización para ofrecer contenido y ofertas personalizadas según las preferencias y el comportamiento del cliente.
  • Supervisar métricas clave de CRM y generar informes periódicos para evaluar el éxito de las iniciativas de CRM.
  • Proporcionar ideas y recomendaciones para mejoras continuas.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de marketing, operaciones y servicio al cliente para alinear las estrategias de CRM con los objetivos comerciales generales.
Requirements
  • 2-3 años de experience en un puesto similar a CRM Executive o CRM Specialist en el sector de iGaming o eCommerce - online retail.
  • Personalidad proactiva y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Salesforce o Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Buenos conocimientos de SQL Tableau y/o Power BI.
  • Buen comunicador y manejo perfecto del Español.
  • Capacidad analítica y experiencia demostrable en el manejo de datos a gran escala.
