Provide consulting to the business partner on tailored IT services and solutions and propose other possible uses or innovative solutions OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Monitor, tracking, troubleshouting of the services towers of Service Desk and Workplace providing corrective actions where needed. INFORMATION SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION, RISK AND COMPLIANCE
Manage information security risk and compliance for the region, implement, execute and monitor IT Security concepts based on ITM standards, ensure all activities are delivered (LISA etc.), implementation of all KPIS’s are on track. Track all Audit and compliance closure in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations/documents. IT STRATEGY Execute the IT infrastructure strategy based on the local and regional business strategy and the global IT strategy. Ensure business needs are met. Ensure IT and business are aligned at country/cluster/regional level. Manage the IT environment and systems portfolio over the long term to achieve synergies, efficiency and standardisation and deliver results. Act as primary IT Infrastructure and Technology contact for associated business partner regarding all topics such as consulting, request management and demand management. Ensure provision of business-oriented IT end-to-end solutions in cooperation with the TAF Partners, external vendors and business departments Qualifikationen Degree in IT and/or (Industrial/Economics) Engineering / Business Administration and/or Higher Education on IT System Administration and networking or similar Proven knowledge of IT infrastructure environment from IT device manufacturers: Cisco, Checkpoint, Microsoft, NetApp, VM-ware or others Intermediate to advance level of English Minimum of 5 years of experience in the area of expertise ITIL knowledge and experience Project Management methologies knowledge and experience
