About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Designer to join our team at Schindler Group. As an RPA Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robotics process automation solutions to improve business processes and increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain RPA solutions to ensure high-quality and reliability
  • Provide training and support to end-users on RPA solutions
Requirements
  • Professional experience in project management, process analytics, and design
  • Knowledge of common business processes, preferably in the finance or back-office department
  • RPA programming knowledge is an advantage (e.g. Kryon, Softomotive, MS Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, etc.)
  • Database programming and design is an advantage
  • Agile development teams (Scrum)
