The RPA Designer supports the business with robotics expertise, engaging in robotics business process design, RPA specification, and programming. This includes identifying RPA potentials, analyzing current business processes, and specifying the to-be process within the global SHAPE framework, programming, testing, and rollout of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into specifications and create a technical architecture for RPA projects.
  • Design and implement RPA solutions to improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with the RPA Team Lead at the Center of Expertise in Madrid.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in project management, including process analytics and design.
  • Knowledge of common business processes, preferably in the finance or back-office department.
  • RPA programming knowledge is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Programming languages: Python, VB Script / VBA.
  • Knowledge of tools: MS Office, OCR tools, Enterprise Systems, ITSM Tools.

Education: Bachelor in business or computer science or business process management.
