DEINE AUGFABEN:
Mit deiner dienstleistungsorientierten Persönlichkeit machst du Menschen glücklich
- Akquise hochwertiger Wohnimmobilien im Südwesten Mallorcas
- Generierung von Aufträgen und Vertragsabschlüssen
- Beschaffung und Prüfung der Verkaufsunterlagen
- Erstellung aussagekräftiger Objektdokumentationen
- Pflege der Immobilien-Datenbank
- Präsentation der Objekte beim Verkaufsteam
- Organisation von Team-Viewings
- Kontaktpflege zu den Eigentümern
WER DU BIST:
Du bist leidenschaftlicher Vertriebler (m/w/d) oder Immobilienmakler (m/w/d) oder möchtest gern die Branche kennenlernen?
- Erfahrung in der Vermittlung und Akquise von Immobilien
- Profunde Kenntnisse des Immobiliensektors im Südwesten Mallorcas (Andratx - Cas Catala)
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen PC-Anwendungen
- Besitz eines PKWs und Führerscheins
- Freundliches Auftreten und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
- Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und einen professionellen Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kunden
