As an Infrastructure Manager, you will lead a team of 8 IT systems engineering experts, overseeing the end-to-end management of complex infrastructure projects supporting our GPM SCADA solution designed for monitoring and managing renewable energy assets worldwide. Overall, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation and optimization of this infrastructure to maintain high performance and reliability standards.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: lead the allocation of resources, prioritize projects and tasks, and align the team’s efforts with GPM’s overarching business objectives. Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient execution of all infrastructure projects by driving adherence to organizational standards, meeting timelines, and exceeding quality expectations. Global Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of projects across international markets, providing detailed status reports on timelines, costs, and outcomes to senior leadership. Process Optimization: Lead efforts to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and implement cost-saving measures within the department. Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, mentor, and engage your team to ensure a high level of motivation and performance. Conduct regular one-on-one reviews, provide actionable feedback, and foster a collaborative culture. Technology Innovation: Collaborate with internal IT experts and external partners to stay ahead of emerging technologies and incorporate industry best practices into GPM’s infrastructure strategies. Stakeholder Management: maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders and address high-priority issues and escalations with a focus on driving client satisfaction and business outcomes.This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape and scale GPM’s IT roadmap while creating global processes to optimize workforce efficiency. You will join and lead our On-site Infrastructure team. Our team is dedicated to successfully deploy and manage the infrastructure of GPM solutions designed to monitor and control renewable energy sites We ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints, emphasizing both excellence and efficiency to deliver optimal experiences and highest quality to our customers. To achieve this, we actively create specific tools and automation processes, enabling us to deliver intelligently and uphold our position as industry leaders.

To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
Master´s degree in Information Technology or a related Engineering field, Over 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, Proven experience in managing and leading high-performing teams of IT experts and specialists, including resource & task allocation, performance management, and talent development, Strong technology knowledge in redundant networks and server management, End-to-end project management, including financial oversight, KPIs, and strategic reporting, Customer- oriented mindset with demonstrable experience in managing and dealing with client relationships, Proficient communication skills in English, including the ability to write clear and accurate reports.You are a dynamic and strategic leader who motivates, inspires, and develops teams to achieve excellence. Your proactive communication and collaborative approach allow you to work seamlessly across diverse teams and stakeholders.
