    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the global IT team.
  • Vendor Management and Partnerships
    • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and service level agreements.
    • Evaluate new products and solutions, conducting vendor assessments and negotiating contracts as needed.
  • Security and Compliance
    • Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect our IT infrastructure and data assets, working closely with the IT Security Manager.
