Join us as Head of Inbound Sales to lead the next phase of our inbound sales channel centralizing operations in Barcelona and driving our evolution from a business banking provider to a comprehensive financial management solutions provider This pivotal role will redefine how we engage with potential clients turning inbound queries into successful relationships You will report to our Chief Revenue Officer
As the Head of Inbound Sales at Qonto you will:
Lead the strategic centralization of our inbound sales teams in Barcelona ensuring a smooth transition for all team members Develop and implement a tailored sales methodology that aligns with Qontos unique position in the fintech market Critically assess our mix of inhouse and external sales functions optimizing our approach to lead management Spearhead the hiring and development of a worldclass inbound sales team fostering a culture of excellence and innovation Utilize advanced analytics to continuously refine our sales processes increasing efficiency and conversion rates

About You:
Experience:Proven track record in leading inbound sales functions with handson experience in fintech or related B2B SaaS environments Analytical Mindset:Strong analytical skills to harness sales data for strategic decisions Leadership:Exceptional ability to coach and develop sales leads and managers with a focus on nurturing talent Adaptability:The agility to tailor sales strategies to diverse markets backed by experience in at least two of Qontos primary markets Tech Fluency:A comfortable and competent user of contemporary sales and marketing technologies
