¿Quiénes somos?


Windup es una empresa de marketing digital. Nos encargamos de ofrecer servicios de marketing digital a través de nuestra agencia y de formar en marketing digital y soft skills a los futuros profesionales del sector, así como a profesionales en activo.



¿Qué ofrecemos?


  • Prácticas reales en el área de Personas durante 3 meses (ampliables a otros 3 meses más) donde participarás activamente en los procesos de reclutamiento y selección. Con ello, harás que desarrolles tus hard y soft skills.
  • Orientación profesional, tutorización y apoyo. Contarás con un equipo que te acompañará en cada paso del camino y estará a tu disposición para resolver cualquier duda que tengas.
  • Entorno de trabajo dinámico en el que se fomenta la innovación. Queremos que te sientas como en casa, donde puedas ser tú mismo y aportar tus ideas.
  • Flexibilidad: Trabajamos diariamente para que las personas que forman Windup puedan tener un equilibrio entre su vida personal y profesional.



¿Qué harás en tu día a día?


  • Colaborar en los procesos de reclutamiento y selección: Ayudarás a crear descripciones de puestos, publicar ofertas de trabajo y filtrar candidatos, así como a optimizar dichos procesos.
  • Participar en entrevistas: Tendrás la oportunidad de observar y participar en entrevistas, y aprender cómo seleccionar a los mejores talentos.
  • Gestionar bases de datos: Te encargarás de mantener actualizada nuestra base de datos de candidatos a través de nuestro ATS, utilizando también Inteligencia Artificial. ️
  • Apoyar en la creación de contenido: Si te gusta escribir, podrías ayudar a generar contenido que atraiga a los mejores talentos.
  • Promover la cultura y Employer Branding de Windup: Ayudarás a difundir nuestros valores y la cultura de nuestra empresa a través de diferentes canales.
  • Apoyo en la comunicación interna y eventos para el equipo.
  • Asistir a eventos de reclutamiento, como ferias de empleo, eventos de networking, etc.
  • Construir una red de contactos con profesionales de marketing digital para tener acceso a una reserva de talento potencial, así como gestionar las relaciones con candidatos reales o potenciales.
  • Investigación de tendencias y best practices en adquisición de talento y análisis de competidores.
  • Apoyo al área de Personas en otro tipo de tareas y funciones (administrativas, procedimientos, eventos de equipo...).




Requisitos:
  • Residencia en Málaga o alrededores (las prácticas son presenciales).
  • Grado en Psicología.
  • Muy valorable si has estudiado (o estás estudiando) un máster en RRHH (Dirección de RRHH, Selección y gestión del talento, etc.).
  • Si tienes conocimientos en marketing digital mucho mejor (aunque no es obligatorio).
  • No es necesario tener experiencia laboral previa.
  • Al menos, nivel B1 de Inglés hablado y escrito.



¿Qué necesitas para aplicar?


  • Ganas de aprender: No necesitas experiencia previa, solo muchas ganas de descubrir el mundo del Talent Acquisition
  • Interés en el área de Personas: Si te interesa el reclutamiento, la selección y cómo gestionar el talento de una empresa, te queremos en nuestro equipo
  • Actitud proactiva: Queremos personas que no solo sigan instrucciones, sino que también propongan y tomen la iniciativa, que sean resolutivas.
  • Habilidades de comunicación: Aunque no hace falta ser un experto, sí es importante que te comunique bien (de forma oral y escrita) y que seas capaz de trabajar en equipo.
