A fluent level of Italian and Spanish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills High level of English (Both written and spoken) A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detailBenefits
What do we offer?
Start date: June, 19th Contract: Permanent (1-month probation period) Full time: (20 hours/week) Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm Salary: €8.993,72 per year Bonus: Top performance incentives Holidays: 24 calendar days per year Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu Hybrid work model: 3 days per month from the office / training/ rest from home Training: 3 weeks Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)Other Benefits:
