Description

This role will support the commercial operations function for a cluster of markets. Implementing Sales Training & Sales force Effectiveness processes and plans related to SFE, sales incentive planning, segmentation and targeting, developing and delivering training programs that enable the organization's sales force to maximize its sales potential for a specific cluster of markets.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for driving and implementing business strategy for cluster of markets Implement Sales Training & Sales force Effectiveness processes and plans related to planning, developing and delivering training programs that enable the organization's sales force to maximize its sales potential Support cluster markets with CRM, Data Analytics, Segmentation and Targeting, Incentive Compensation and Sales Training & Sales force Effectiveness plans across all business units Track sales performance and support cluster BU heads in implementing business strategies Collaborate with team to promote sales excellence through various means, including metrics management, analyses of sales results, customer segmentation and targeting and coaching

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field. Master´s degree is preferred. Solid background in Commercial Excellence within different markets Proficiency in implementing sales trainings, processes and plans related to SFE, sales incentive planning, segmentation and targeting. Strong experience in interpreting internal or external business issues and recommending solutions/best practices. Successful track record in defining and embedding salesforce effectiveness capabilities Proactive and able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Fluent in English
