Job Purpose:
We are looking for a bright and motivated Associate Consultant to support the deployment and continuous improvement of our Customer Experience program and to join as part of our European team driving our digital transformation strategy.
You will support the facilitation of Customer Experience Management programme, build listening programs, change plans and track the impact from activities at European level. You will have an important duty to enable and steer stakeholders across countries and divisions about our commercial goals and improvement programs.
This role allows you to gain industry knowledge and management skills in a speedy and thorough manner. You will be supporting to solve complex business challenges, turn information into insights and support senior stakeholders with strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Provides project management and coordination and implementation of sales and marketing process and activities that impact profit levers, customer satisfaction or revenue growth at European and country level.
Monitors and analyses customer satisfaction and financial and-or operational performance of front-office operations in the areas of sales and marketing, CXM and digital platforms to identify major deviations against pre-defined KPIs implementing and driving remediation actions and strategies.
Ensures high-quality execution and maintenance activities for strategic European sales initiatives.
Captures and documents processes, updates and ensures a high-quality standard of European sales staff training materials and act as gatekeeper to build the digital blueprint and playbook for Customer First.
Actively seeks to sustain the business innovation by supporting central and local sponsors, change management and training teams to ensure awareness, readiness and deployment of new skills and competencies
Develops capability to understand in-depth market knowledge, customer channel and product segment market share understanding at European and country level to provide country consultation and facilitate strategic European or country sales discussions
Key liaison with IT and other support functions to support the deployment of specific sales and programme tools and initiatives.
Role model to the organization to promote a culture of customer-centricity and sales excellence, leveraging the 'Customer First' vision and our corporate values of inclusion, collaboration, integrity and excellence
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
>1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Economics or similar career experience
Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
