Solutia Global Health Solutions es una Consultoría de RRHH, en Solutia Life Siciences (división de recruitment) estamos especializados en la selección de perfiles técnicos y de middle management.


Actualmente, estamos seleccionando un/a Business Development Manager (BDM) para Aktrion Iberia SL, una multinacional líder en ofrecer servicios personalizados y de alta calidad para el sector de la automoción.


Ubicación: Madrid, Valencia o Barcelona


Misión:

En Aktrion Iberia SL, están en constante crecimiento y desarrollo de nuevos centros tecnológicos. Debido a esta expansión ambiciosa, estamos buscando un/a Business Development Manager para unirse a su dinámico equipo.


Funciones:

  • Crear y restructurar la línea de servicios de producción.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de crecimiento para los servicios ofrecidos, identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el sector de la automoción.
  • Coordinar y liderar un equipo de ventas, asegurando una gestión efectiva y motivación del equipo.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con consultores externos y managers de ventas en diferentes regiones (Barcelona, Valladolid, Vigo) para garantizar la excelencia en la entrega de servicios.
  • Mantener y fortalecer las relaciones con clientes actuales y potenciales, asegurando su satisfacción y fidelización.
  • Participar activamente en ferias y eventos del sector para promocionar los servicios y expandir la red de contactos.


Competencias:

  • Experiencia demostrada en desarrollo de negocio, preferentemente en el sector de la automoción o empresas de servicios similares a Aktrion.
  • Conocimiento profundo del sector automotriz, incluyendo fabricantes de vehículos y componentes, con una red sólida de contactos.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y negociación, con capacidad para influir y persuadir a diferentes audiencias.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo, gestionando múltiples proyectos y prioridades simultáneamente.
  • Experiencia en liderazgo y gestión de equipos, con habilidades para estructurar y reorganizar equipos según las necesidades del negocio.
  • Orientación a resultados y habilidades analíticas para medir y mejorar continuamente.


Se ofrece:

Requisitos:
  • Dominio del inglés (nivel alto).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente a nivel nacional.
  • Experiencia en liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
  • Experiencia demostrada en el sector de la automoción.
