What you’ll be doing:
Be the mini-CEO of your productDefine and maintain a competitive and differentiating product strategy, drawing from customer insight, sales team’s input, market and competitive analysis and in alignment with the company’s strategic objectivesDefine and secure leadership support for the product business case inc. investment levels and expected ROIDefine the product roadmap based on the quickest route to value and in alignment with other PMsExecute the product roadmap, via a backlog of features, with Product Owners / Engineering (depending on PM only or all in one PM/PO)Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) at the functional level to measure performance and success, and obtain customer feedbackWork closely with (Product) Marketing and Sales teams to take the product to market and maximise adoptionManage the product lifecycle from ideation, through to development, go-to-market and decommission where applicableWhat we're seeking:
Thorough Understanding: You possess knowledge in the field of electronic payment methods, fintech or TravelStrategic Expertise: Experience in product management/strategy, with analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge: While not essential, knowing the relevant regulations in the field of electronic payments will be an advantageLanguages: Proficiency in both English & Spanish, written and spoken✨ What do we offer?

Voxel is a leading provider of electronic invoice and B2B payment solutions for travel sellers, hotels, and other travel players. Voxel’s Bavel Platform orchestrates an end-to-end electronic payment process. 50,000+ hotels, 1,000+ tour operators and travel companies, and 3,000+ restaurants and franchises, across 100 countries, currently benefit from the platform. Voxel has recently joined Amadeus IT Group which will support its’ vision to deliver a smooth travel payment experience. It will also complement Amadeus’ payments business, , by enhancing its existing travel sellers’ product suite, while expanding in the hospitality segment. The addition of Voxel solutions to Amadeus’ existing offering means access to a wider range of payments services for travel sellers and a more automated electronic way to manage invoices for tour operators, TMCs, hotel aggregators, and hotels.
