In this role you will lead and shape IQVIA’s UK HTA offerings within the Global Health Economics and HTA team. You will guide evidence generation and dissemination strategies to meet HTA requirements and optimize market access, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional experts. You will manage multi-country projects, support dossier development and early scientific advice, and mentor junior colleagues. This position offers leadership, global exposure, and a flexible work setup with a focus on impact and client outcomes.

Responsabilidades
- Shape and lead HTA offerings and strategy within the UK HTA space
- Drive business development by building and managing client relationships and project scopes
- Oversee HTA project direction, with emphasis on UK processes and risk mitigation
- Lead project delivery teams on dossier development, submissions, and early scientific advice
- Contribute to cross-team collaboration across IQVIA functions and global HTA projects
- Mentor and develop junior HTA specialists and support career growth
- Engage with clients (pharma, biotech, devices) and affiliate teams to align HTA goals
- Support thought leadership activities (abstracts, posters, white papers) and supervise HTA-focused student projects
- Provide line management where appropriate and drive portfolio expansion
- Participate in multi-country/global HTA initiatives and contribute to thought leadership
Requisitos principales
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline and at least 4 years of HTA-related experience
- Experience with UK HTA submissions and early scientific advice;
familiarity with appraisal and negotiation processes - Proven project management and multidisciplinary team leadership
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Commercial xhfqzwm awareness and consultancy experience is desirable
- Understanding of clinical trial design and evidence synthesis;
quantitative skills in biostatistics or health economics modeling are desirable - Knowledge of statistical software (e.G., STATA, R) is desirable but not essential
- Ability to navigate pharmaceutical industry client structures and influence outcomes
