Are you passionate about empowering individuals and improving everyday autonomy? A care home and day center for people with disabilities located in Manacor, Mallorca, is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join its team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will be dedicated to promoting active participation in daily life, preserving functional skills, and delivering person-centered support that enhances the overall well-being and quality of life for every resident.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive functional evaluations and assessments for residents.
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized therapeutic intervention plans.
- Providing specialized training in activities of daily living (ADL) to foster maximum personal independence.
- Carrying out cognitive, functional, and sensory stimulation interventions.
- Assessing environmental adaptations and recommending technical aids and assistive devices.
- Working closely within an interdisciplinary team and providing practical guidance to families and staff.
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation and clinical reports.
What you need to bring:
- A completed university degree (bachelor's degree or second-cycle degree) in Occupational Therapy.
- Catalan language proficiency at a minimum of B1 level.
- Computer literacy at a standard user level.
- A valid driving license (Class B); having your own vehicle is an asset.
- A collaborative, empathetic mindset geared toward person-centered care.
What this position offers:
- A permanent contract (contrato indefinido) with full-time hours.
- A gross annual salary between €27,170 and €29,890.
- Shift flexibility covering mornings and afternoons from Monday through Sunday, with two designated rest days per week. xghoner
