Offer Description

Bachelor’s degree in science or health sciences + master’s degree (supporting documentation must be provided with the application)

• Coordinate the collection of data and biological samples, while overseeing the updating and quality of the database.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of laboratory studies for the research project, with a particular focus on the development of 'omics' approaches.
• Participate in the design, development, data analysis, and drafting of publications for the project.
• Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings

Relevant supplementary training (e.g., courses, internships, or training in clinical research and project management)

Experience with population-based cohort studies and interacting with participants/patients

Management, collection, and processing of clinical data using data management tools (REDCap, Excel, Access, or equivalent)

Cell and molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR/RTqPCR, cell culture, histological staining, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry/im munofluorescence, etc.)

Proficiency in statistical and bioinformatics analysis software (GraphPad, JASP, SPSS, R/RStudio, MEGA, BLAST, or equivalent)

English (Certificate or diploma required)
