Join our renewable energy testing team as a Test Bench Technician , where you’ll play a key role in validating and improving our power electronics converters. This is a hands-on position ideal for a technically skilled and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a lab environment and contributing to innovative energy solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Build, wire, and assemble electrical test setups and panels.
- Perform laboratory measurements and monitor test benches during operation.
- Prepare and execute equipment certification tests.
- Collect and document test results, supporting engineering teams with technical reports.
- Ensure all testing benches comply with safety and electrical standards.
- Maintain lab equipment, inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Vocational Training (FP II / Higher Technician) or equivalent in Electrical or Electronics .
- Hands-on experience with electrical wiring, test benches, and lab instrumentation .
- Familiar with testing methodologies , component validation, and technical documentation.
- Confident using Excel and producing clear, structured reports.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Experience in renewable energy or power electronics testing will be valued.
